Our process begins with your vision. As a custom home builder in the Greater Sacramento area, we listen to the desires and dreams that you want for your home, financial goals and expectations to make your dream home become a reality. We'll talk about the design phase with you, the architect and designer to fulfill your vision. After your initial consultation, below are the next steps that lead towards your home building journey:

• We'll coordinate a meeting between you and the architect to create plans.
• You will have plan review meetings with the architect directly until you have approved the final version.
• Once approved, we'll receive the plans and start the proposal package. Completion of the proposal package ranges from four to five weeks.
• The proposal package will be released to you for review and approval. At this point, please feel free to ask for a Proposal Package Review Meeting to ask any questions you may have and add/change anything you wish to ensure that everything you desire is covered.
• Once the proposal package is approved by you, we'll submit the Plans Package to the Building Department.
• If applicable, we'll submit the proposal to your construction lender and coordinate with them for you.
• Then, you will have a personal meeting with the designer to select your finishes.
• When the Building Department approves your plans and issues the permit, construction will be scheduled.
• Also, during steps in construction, you will be asked to attend several on-site meetings to make various decisions.
